Matt Steves, Residential Market Manager, and Jordan Milar, Residential Account Manager, traveled to Fort Worth, Texas earlier this year, to attend the Bradley Hartman Sales Fundamentals Workshop.
What's the workshop all about?
Matt and Jordan explored strategies for identifying customer needs, wants, and pain points, all of which are essential elements in building lasting partnerships.
The workshop provided a comprehensive and practical approach to sales, with a strong focus on:
- time management
- customer relationships
- aligning sales practices with a deeper understanding of both the business and the customer
