His accomplishments include leading a sales team for ten lumberyards across Iowa, overseeing $78 million in sales, and driving profitable growth across traditional and emerging market segments.
His tenure at Spahn & Rose Lumber Co. also saw him collaborating closely with the Executive Team on strategic planning and implementation, cultivating strong customer and vendor/supplier relationships, and redefining the sales culture with a focus on metric-based goals.
At Wilson Lumber, Gordon collaborates directly with the executive team to develop and execute strategic business plans, improve technology, and create a culture of accountability and alignment. He coaches his team to drive sales and profitable growth through innovation, efficiency, and metric-driven decisions.
