There's no "I" in Dealer of the Year

Being named Dealer of the Year is an incredible honor—but let me be clear: all the credit belongs to our team.

We’ve built something great. But what makes it great is the people who make it happen every day:

• The salesperson who ensures we treat not only our customers right, but their fellow employees as well.
• The Accounts Payable clerk who goes out of their way to secure the discount—only after we’ve earned it.
• The production worker who stops what they’re doing to lend a hand when they see a coworker in need.

This award reflects the culture we’ve built together at Wilson Lumber. And while we’re not perfect, what makes us special is that we keep trying to get better. Our people see that, and they choose to be part of it.

Building a great culture takes effort. It’s not easy—but it’s worth it. Because at the end of the day, a strong culture isn’t just good for business, it makes the journey a whole lot more meaningful.
